So this morning I decided to finally take advantage of using the military base’s fitness facility. After dropping my husband off work at 5AM this morning I hit the gym. I was intimidated by all the strength training equipment that I decided to just spend 45 minutes on the treadmill! After that I grabbed a basketball, headed toward the gymnasium, and just started shooting hoops. It has been a LONG time since I’ve played with a basketball. Dribbling is almost like riding a bike – you never forget how to do it. I had forgotten how much I enjoyed shooting the ball I did that for 30 minutes. It’s definitely been a while since I’ve worked out my arms – I may have to reconsider and try those strength training machines again.
